Frequentis is supplying to the River Transport Authority (RTA) a fully
integrated River Information Services System (RIS) for the River Nile covering
1,000 km between Aswan and Cairo. The project contains communication systems
based on AIS Technology and a sophisticated Tracking & Tracing System
including a dGPS-Network. This project will be the first RIS-Project in the
Arabic world and on the African continent. |
